Late Cancellations and appointment No Show fees
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible care and respect the time set aside for each client, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled appointments.
Advance Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are accepted with no charge.
Late Cancellations (6–24 Hours’ Notice)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be invoiced at 50% of the full session fee.
No-Shows (and/or Less Than 6 Hours’ Notice)
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time — as well as missed appointments with no notice — are treated as a No Show and will be invoiced at 100% of the full session fee.
Invoice payment is required prior to further appointments.
Refund if Your Slot Is Filled
If you provide a late cancellation and I am able to fill your appointment slot with another client, I will refund the amount you were invoiced. If I am unable to fill the slot, the invoice stands and payment is required.
